FocusTrack is the future of automobile servicing. It is a live streaming application that sends live video to the customer while his vehicle is being serviced. Yes! Just like a cricket match! The customer can watch his vehicle being serviced live on his phone from any part of the world.
If the customer is busy during that time, he can watch his service video later as well.
FocusTrack is not just limited to Live streaming, it is a one stop solution for all the management needs of a workshop. Top features and brief explanation of the same are as follows:
Analytics
This feature gives you a quick overview of how many vehicles are serviced, how many are pending for next day and what accessories are used from the inventory. It can be viewed as daily, weekly or for any customized date range.
Create Service & Vehicle Service
This features allows you to create service for a new or recurring customer.
Vehicle service feature has list details of all the servicing that is pending or in progress in your workshop. Once you start the servicing of any vehicle, live video link will be sent on the mobile number and email id that was given by customer during registration/creation of service. The customer will now be able to look at his vehicle service being done.
Service complaint
If any customer adds any complaint with regards to his servicing, you will be able to check those complaints from this feature. Helping you resolve the query and serve best to your customer.
Inventory Management
Inventory management of accessories/parts will be managed through this feature.
It will show you availability of all the accessories in your workshop so as to use it during servicing or order from manufacturer if unavailable.
HRMS
Attendance, Punch in and Punch out time, Leaves and other requests of technicians and admin staff can be managed through this feature.

Changes: Support Chat & Queuing System
We have added support chat module in our application for easy communication between workshop and customer.
Text, images and videos can be exchanged over the chat for clearer communication.
Queuing system
Queuing system is the replacement of token system, this module helps manage the crowd and create them into a systematic queue.
To make the waiting time fun for the customer, various informative links relevant to the customer is shared over the chat box.
